Microsoft's Fully Customizable Gaming Mouse

Sidewinder1_4

Microsoft ups the ante in it's effort to build a better mouse with it's latest incarnation of a fully customizable Sidewinder Gaming Mouse ($80).  One can decide everything from the thickness of the cable to the weight of the mouse (the heft of the mouse is controlled by using slide-in-weights).  This mouse is equipped with buttons that are solely dedicated to switching and tracking resolution with presets of 400, 800 and 2000 DPI (or you can program in your own numbers). How nifty is that!

Microsoft also boast that this mouse is a speed demon with up to 7080 frames per second image processing; 20G max acceleration and a mind-boggling "9 million clicks" on each of the main buttons. Are you stoked yet? Microsoft will be launching this super mouse in October.

The Zuco Sport Bag - A One Stop Transport

The solution to over-crowded classrooms Zuca_2 may just be rolling boxes that can store binders, your gadgets (or anything else that you can think of), and must we not forget, those bulky text books! The Zuco Sport ($135) even doubles as a chair when seating is scarce. The Zuca comes in several tricked custom designs and three styles: The Zuco Sport (pictured), ZuZuca Sport and the Zuca Sport Pro.

Apple to Hold Town Meeting - What's in Store?

Alumac2_2

Even PC users have to grudgingly admit, that there's something very exciting whenever Apple makes an announcement because it carries the anticipation as well as the pomp and pageantry that is always well orchestrated! Apple has announced that it will hold a special event at it's Apple Town Hall in Cupertino on Tuesday, August 7th.

So, depending on what rumors you've heard or read, then it could be the announcement of a new aluminum iMac, which many analysts (tech-soothsayers) say is long overdue for a revamp. Consider this: The average life span of an iMac design is 168 days, so, if one is to follow this formula, then perhaps, this will be the announcement. Who knows what else Apple has under it's hat? Stay tuned!

Kitchen Tech - The Six Part Modular Toaster

Radical_toaster_11_2

Technology gadgetry has long made its way into the kitchen with a myriad of useful and not so useful products. Perhaps, this Six Part Toaster will one day make it to market. This concept toaster is designed by Matt Gossinghton, and its not that there's anything special about the concept of tossing a slice of bread into a toaster; at most the unique six modular compartments have their own heating elements and can be slotted together to resemble a star. If anything, such a gadget will make for an interesting conversation piece among foodies!
